1. Our Purchase Options
Nüra Nutrition LLC offers two ways to purchase our products:

2. How to Start a Subscription
To start a Subscribe & Save subscription, you must:
- Select the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page (the one-time purchase option is also available and clearly labeled).
- Choose your preferred delivery frequency — every 30, 45, or 60 days.
- Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, you will see a clear summary of your subscription before you place your order, including:
- The product name and quantity
- The subscription price per delivery (with the 15% discount applied)
- Your chosen delivery frequency
- The date of your first charge
- A statement that your payment method will be charged automatically at each interval
- How to cancel (a link to your account portal)
- You must actively check the box confirming you understand and agree to the recurring subscription terms before your order is processed. This is your express informed consent.
3. Subscription Billing Terms
3.1 When You Will Be Charged
Your first charge occurs at the time you place your initial subscription order. Subsequent charges occur automatically at your chosen delivery interval (every 30, 45, or 60 days) until you cancel.
3.2 Advance Notice Before Every Renewal
We will send you an email reminder at least 7 days before each upcoming renewal charge. This reminder will include:
- The product(s) in your upcoming order
- The total amount that will be charged
- The scheduled charge date
- A direct link to skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription before the charge is processed
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address on file is current and that Nüra Nutrition emails are not going to your spam folder.
3.3 Price Changes
If the price of your subscribed product changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of any price increase taking effect on your subscription. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
3.4 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Your payment method is stored securely and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over a 7-day period. You will be notified by email after each failed attempt. If payment cannot be collected after three attempts, your subscription will be paused. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method in your account portal.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Option 1 — Cancel Online Through Your Account Portal (Recommended)
- Log in to your Nüra Nutrition account at nuraguts.com/account or via the Member Login link in the website navigation.
- Click "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation.
- You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your cancellation. Save this for your records.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for any future orders after your cancellation is confirmed. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming shipment at the time you cancel, that order will still be fulfilled (see Section 5 on refunds).
Option 2 — Cancel by Email
Send a cancellation request to support@nuraguts.com with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription." Include the email address associated with your account and the product(s) you wish to cancel. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email.
Option 3 — Cancel Using the Link in Your Renewal Reminder Email
Every subscription renewal reminder email contains a one-click cancellation link. Clicking this link will immediately cancel your subscription without requiring you to log in to your account.
5. Skipping, Pausing & Modifying Your Subscription
You do not have to cancel your subscription if you simply need more flexibility. Through your account portal at nuraguts.com/account, you can:
- Skip a delivery — skip your next scheduled shipment without cancelling your subscription. Your next delivery will resume at the following scheduled interval.
- Pause your subscription — temporarily pause all future deliveries for up to 3 months. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period, or you can reactivate it manually at any time.
- Change your delivery frequency — switch between every 30, 45, or 60 days at any time.
- Change your product or quantity — swap products or adjust the quantity in your subscription.
- Update your shipping address or payment method — changes take effect on your next scheduled order.
All modifications must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date to take effect for that cycle.
6. Refunds & Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Nüra Nutrition product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will make it right — with a full refund, a replacement, or store credit at your preference. This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and the first delivery of a new subscription.
6.2 Subscription Order Refunds
For recurring subscription orders (second delivery onward), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always work with you to find a resolution. If you experienced a quality issue, received the wrong product, or your order was damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6.3 Charges Processed Before Cancellation
If a subscription charge is processed before your cancellation request is received, that order will be fulfilled. We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered our fulfillment system. However, you may return the unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a refund (see Section 6.4).
6.4 Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact us at support@nuraguts.com within the applicable timeframe (30 days for guarantee claims, 14 days for quality/damage claims on subscription renewals)
- Include your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if relevant
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if applicable
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving your return or approving your claim
We do not require you to return the product for quality complaints or damage claims. For preference-based returns on opened products, the physical return of the unused portion may be required at our discretion.
7. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
From time to time, Nüra Nutrition may offer introductory pricing, first-order discounts, or promotional rates for new subscribers. When any such offer is made:
- The promotional price and its duration will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up
- The standard subscription price that will apply after the promotional period will be disclosed before you complete checkout
- You will receive an email reminder before any price change takes effect, with the option to cancel
- We will never automatically convert a free trial to a paid subscription without first sending you a reminder and obtaining your continued consent
8. Your Legal Rights & Our Compliance Commitments
This policy is designed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing recurring subscriptions and automatic renewals, including:
- ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act) — We clearly disclose all material terms before collecting your billing information, obtain your express informed consent before charging your account, and provide a simple online mechanism for you to stop recurring charges.
- FTC Act Section 5 — We do not use deceptive or unfair practices in connection with our subscription offerings, including hidden fees, confusing language, or dark-pattern design.
- California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) — California residents: automatic renewal terms are disclosed clearly before purchase. You may cancel at any time by the methods described in Section 4. You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days and receive a full refund for any unused portion.
- New York, Colorado, Delaware & D.C. Auto-Renewal Laws — We comply with the auto-renewal disclosure and cancellation requirements of all applicable state laws.
- Visa & Mastercard Subscription Standards — We send pre-billing notifications, provide online cancellation, and issue immediate cancellation confirmations in accordance with card-network requirements.
If you believe we have failed to meet these commitments, please contact us immediately at support@nuraguts.com. You also have the right to dispute any charge with your card issuer or payment provider.

10. Policy Updates
We may update this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect
- Post the updated policy prominently on our website
Your continued use of our subscription services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
